If you don’t think your Norsewear gear has gone the distance, we’ll sort you out with a replacement free of charge. Simple as that. 

We’ll cover every claim made in good faith. The only thing we can’t help with is the replacement for a lost sock. 

To kick off a claim, fill in the Fair Go Guarantee form and we'll start the ball rolling. Once we receive and process your claim, we’ll send you your replacement product free of charge. Easy.

  • How does the Norsewear Fair-Go Guarantee work? 

    The Fair-Go Guarantee is Norsewear's satisfaction and replacement promise. If your Norsewear gear doesn't go the distance, Norsewear will work with you to sort things out with a replacement. It’s called a Fair-Go because that’s exactly what we mean – there’s nothing that we particularly exclude from that warranty, but the reality is we trust people are reasonable and we’re always keen to have a chat if you feel we could’ve done things better.

  • How do I make a warranty or replacement claim with Norsewear?

    To make a Fair-Go Guarantee claim, download the claim form from the Fair-Go Guarantee page (/pages/fair-go-guarantee) and follow the instructions provided. All claims made in good faith will be considered; the guarantee does not cover loss, misuse, or accidental damage.
